Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner have decided on a home in Washington D.C., according to William F. X. Moody, co-owner of Washington Fine Properties.
The company could not confirm the exact address of the home, but multiple real estate agents told the Washingtonian that the house is on Tracey Place in the Kalorama neighborhood in D.C. That would put Trump and Kushner just two blocks away from the Obama’s post-presidency home.
The six bedroom home recently sold for $5.5 million on December 22, although it is still unclear whether the couple themselves bought the home, or if they are just renting it from the buyer.
Washington Fine Properties also worked on both sides of the deal for Commerce Secretary nominee Wilbur Ross’s $12 million home. The brokerage helped Treasury Secretary nominee Stephen Mnuchin with the purchase if his D.C. home as well.
